WNL786 Frequently Asked
Questions

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on WNL786. Age is verified during registration and periodically for account security. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned. Please keep your login credentials private and never share them with anyone younger than 18.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended along with any associated balances. If you've lost access to your account, use the account recovery option on the Login page rather than creating a new one.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and an OTP will be sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Follow the steps to set a new password. If your registered number has changed, contact support through the in-app chat before attempting recovery. Do not register a new account — that will separate your existing balance.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. Some changes — like updating your registered mobile number — require OTP verification on both the old and new numbers for security. Email address updates may require a confirmation link to be clicked. If you run into any issues, in-app support can assist.

WNL786 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets — all in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest options and typically reflect in your gaming balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on your bank. Head to the Deposit page for a full breakdown of each method.

The minimum deposit at WNL786 is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit cap on most payment methods, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily transfer limits. If you plan to make a larger deposit and are unsure about your channel's limits, check with your JazzCash or Easypaisa app first.

Withdrawal times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Raast and bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. All withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your deposit. If your withdrawal is pending longer than expected, check your account verification status — a pending KYC check is the most common reason for delays.

First check your transaction history in your WNL786 account to confirm the deposit is listed. If the payment was deducted from your JazzCash or Easypaisa account but hasn't appeared in your gaming balance after 15 minutes, contact in-app support with the transaction reference number from your mobile wallet. Most cases are resolved quickly once the reference is confirmed.

The welcome bonus is triggered automatically when you make your qualifying first deposit. It will appear in your account balance or bonus wallet within minutes. Minimum deposit requirements and wagering conditions apply — full details are always on the Promotions page. Make sure you read the terms before depositing so you know exactly what to expect.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 20,000 worth of qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Not all game types contribute equally — slots usually count 100%, while other games may contribute less. Check each promotion's terms on the Promotions page.

Yes — the welcome bonus is just the start. WNL786 runs regular reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on new slots, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals. VIP members receive additional exclusive rewards. Check the Promotions page regularly as offers change throughout the month.

WNL786 offers a wide selection across several categories: classic and video slots, progressive jackpot slots, live dealer games (Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti), bingo rooms, sports betting including cricket, Football, and Esports, and arcade-style games. New titles are added regularly and featured on the Game Lobby page.

Bingo rooms at WNL786 run throughout the day at different ticket price points in PKR. You purchase tickets before the game starts, numbers are called automatically, and prizes are awarded to the first player(s) to complete the winning pattern. Each room has a different jackpot size and number of players. Visit the Bingo page to see which rooms are currently open and their ticket prices.

All slot games on WNL786 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every spin result is completely independent and unpredictable. This is the same technology used across reputable online gaming platforms worldwide. You can check a game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which is displayed in its information panel — this tells you the long-term theoretical payout percentage.

Yes. PSL betting is one of the most popular features at WNL786. During the tournament season, all PSL fixtures are available with pre-match and live in-play markets. You can bet on match winner, top scorer, total runs, wickets, and a wide range of ball-by-ball markets. Odds update in real time during live play.

Beyond cricket, WNL786 covers Football (including major European leagues and international fixtures), Esports events, and selected other sports as they become available. Cricket remains the headline offering given the Pakistani market, with T20 internationals, Asia Cup, and bilateral series all featured alongside PSL.

If a match is officially abandoned or cancelled before reaching its minimum required overs (as defined in the event rules), bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance in PKR. Bets on markets that have already been settled — such as first innings totals — are generally not reversed. Full rules are in the Terms and Conditions.

Visit the Download page for step-by-step installation instructions for Android and iOS. The Android APK is available directly from the WNL786 website. iOS users can follow the profile installation guide on the same page. Your existing account credentials work on the app — no separate registration is needed.

Yes, the WNL786 app is completely free to download and install. There are no subscription fees or charges for using the app. Standard data charges from your mobile network provider may apply when using the app over mobile data rather than Wi-Fi.

Yes. The WNL786 app supports all the same payment methods as the web version — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, cards, and mobile wallets. In fact, depositing via JazzCash or Easypaisa can be slightly more streamlined on the app because it can link directly to your installed wallet apps on your phone.

Log in and go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before they apply — this is intentional and gives you time to reconsider before upping your limit.

Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently suspends your account from all gaming activity and deposits. You can choose a period of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. It's available 24/7 from your account settings under Responsible Gaming. Once activated, the exclusion cannot be reversed until the period ends — or not at all if permanent is selected. Your balance can still be withdrawn during exclusion. Read more on the Responsible Gaming page.

A cool-down period (also called a time-out) is a short-term break of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days during which your account is suspended from gaming and deposits. It's designed for moments when you feel you need a pause but don't want to commit to a full self-exclusion. You can activate it straight from your account settings — it kicks in immediately and cannot be cancelled once started.
